Eve is from Burnaby. She is a facilitator and volunteer leader at Century House in New Westminster. She is an active member of the Burnaby Senior Resource Society and writes monthly articles for the Burnaby New Leader under the heading " Ask Eve”.
As a Certified Professional Consultant on Aging and a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Eve provides some boutique services and advocacy for seniors.
Eve spoke on the need for someone to speak for you, regarding personal care and certain financial matters, personal planning, Representation Agreements and other legal documents.
She also spoke about COSCO, “The Council of Senior Citizen's Organization,” which has a Health and Wellness Institute Society that trains facilitators to deliver free workshops to various groups in the community. The 36 workshops address various topics on living better, better health, legal issues , safety and expand the awareness of elder abuse, including financial abuse.
